If you're wondering how you can help here some suggestions:
1. Pray. God moves mountains through prayer. Pray that the process goes smoothly and immediately that the consent is released from the Mayor's office in time for the October 31st deadline.
2. Spread the word. Email friends, put a link on Facebook, tweet the event
3. Buy a ticket. They are $10 in advance or $15 at the door and include coffee/tea, dessert and an evening of entertainment
4. Come to the event with money to bid on items. This is a great place to find Christmas presents!!!!
5. Donate an item to include in the auction. An item you have, an item or service your business provides, anything of value (if you would prefer to just donate directly to the fund, email here). The sooner you donate for the auction - the sooner we can advertise on this blog for you! Let us know what you can contribute here or leave a comment here.
6. Spread the word. See point #2. The more people who come out, the more we can help the McBrides.
